What are the areas of service?
- The Sandridge Community in Kingstree, SC.
- The Indiantown, Nesmith and Morrisville areas.
- A few areas west of Salters and east of Greeleyville along and near Road 167. This is a project in progress. Please call our office for more info about the South Williamsburg Project.
How much does it cost to get water?
- $465.00 Water tap fee
- $40.00 Connection fee
- Total: $505.00
- A deposit of $60.00 is required if property not owned by applicant. (Renter's)
How much will I be billed - how much will it be?
Bills are mailed out at the end of the month and are due on the 15th of the following month. 0 to 3000 gallons is $15.00. Every 1,000 gallons after the first 3,000 is $2.60.
Do you offer trash pick-up service?
No.
Although the name of the department is Williamsburg County Water & Sewer Authority, we currently do not have sewer service other than for the Federal Bureau of Prison in Salters, SC.
Additional Information
A 10% penalty will be added to the bill if not paid by the 15th of the month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the following month, services will be disconnected. Once service has been disconnected, a $25.00 reconnection fee is required along with full payment of the water bill - NO EXCEPTIONS.
